Staff at this location are great, however the location is very short handed with staff and they can’t seem to fix the issue even though all are aware. This makes the wait time exceedingly long. looking at other places.

Showed up 30 minutes early to be told at 11am the manager did not make it in so they could not open the cash draw so all the customers had to leave.

Went in about 5:45 and was told they’re closed while they were cutting other people’s hair. The hours on the door I opened and shut said they were open until 8:00. Put a sign out or something, but in general if you can cut people’s hair why are you closing a couple of hours early? Your customers depend on you honoring the hours you post.
