"I came in with my husband and my son. We came in around 7:20 (store closes at 8:00) and we made sure it was ok for them to take us before we signed in. One of the stylists seemed irritated that we had arrived close to closing. The same stylist ended up cutting my son's hair. I showed her a picture of how I wanted it cut. During the cut, I kept waiting for her to go shorter, as I had asked and as it was in the picture, but she never did. So when she asked if it looked ok, I had to say no, I need it much shorter. When I tried asking her questions about where she was (what number she had used on certain areas of his hair), she seemed extremely reluctant and irritated to answer. My husband, who was in the next chair, told her to make it a 4. She asked me if I was sure I wanted a 4 and I told her if my husband says do a 4 then it's ok. Well, that was a mistake because it was TOO short. I know we told her to do it, I just wish she would have explained how short it was going to be. She spent little to no time blending what was left. Overall, my son's haircut looked like a home haircut by the time we left. Also, during the hair cut she went very fast and my son was uncomfortable the entire time. We will not return to this Sports Clips after our experience. I only gave two stars because the stylist who did my husband's hair did a good job and had a pleasant attitude."

"Only 2 folks cutting hair? You have 8 booths to cut hair? Why do you have a 1.5 hour wait for your customers? You should be focus on getting staffed. The two girls here are working hard but need help. I hope you enjoy watching customers walk away."

"Just left. I remember MVP cuts from other people clips in the past. They included hot towel and hair wash. This time I got a cut, nothing else but charged the MVP rate. So service was poor. The girls had a 2hr wait showing but only one customer waiting. They even told this to potential customers that called in. These items are going to continue to drive customers looking for quality haircuts away."

"Bad F#"in service will never Go again staff were awful Didn't even bother asking if we needed any type of help .. Don't Go There it's the worst experience I had there"

"Asked for a fade and well sure they say they've been in the business for 2 years and at that location for 2 months and moved from a high end salon in Denton because it was too much. You end up looking like you just went through chemo or a back alley cat fight in some spots or stairs leading to the top of your head. Definitely need to do some remedial training or some literal cuts in their staffing."

"Just brought our son in for a haircut... he’s 4 almost 5 years old. The stylist kept looking over at us and obviously didn’t want to cut his hair based on the fact that he was young and thought it would be a hassle. Skipped over us 3 times!!! We were “on deck” 3 different times and the stylists would look out and pick someone else from the list of clients waiting... horrible! Not a single one of them showed to be there for an appointment... I usually come here for my haircuts as well because they are so close to where I work, but now I’m definitely finding somewhere else..."

"I'm pretty disappointed. Make sure before you go in there that you know exactly what you want and to describe it with detail. DO NOT let them cut your hair with vague descriptions. I just got the worst hair cut of my life there and literally had to cancel a date tonight because of this BUZZ cut I just got. I seriously could have taken a beard trimmer and done the same thing that was given to me for 20 bucks..."

"Don’t waste your time at this location. I did an online check-in, showed up early, checked in to let them know I was there, board said I had 7 minutes, my stylish became available in about 5 minutes, I was on deck, but then they started calling out names from the first available list. I thought they were doing that for the other stylist that freed up, but no, my stylist took someone else. I left very upset. This gave me the reason to finally give up on this location. I am done with this place. It is worth my drive to go to another location with better service."
